From our offices in Canary Wharf, London, we advise corporates, sponsors, and family offices on transactions that reshape balance sheets and create durable capital structures. Our work spans leveraged financings, secured and unsecured high-yield debt, share-backed and public-company financing structures, and asset-based lending.
The firm is deliberately boutique. Scale is what our clients bring to the table – judgement is what we bring. Every mandate is led by senior principals with direct structuring and execution experience, supported by a global network of legal, fiduciary, and distribution relationships across the world’s major financial centres.
We measure ourselves as our clients do – by the quality of the structures we create, the transactions we complete, and the relationships that endure beyond them.

- Structures survive scrutiny because they are built for it. We prepare every mandate as if the toughest credit committee in London will read the file — because one usually will.

- We advise; we do not warehouse risk against our clients or trade around their intentions. Our only position in any transaction is our client’s side of the table.
- Candour
- If a transaction should not proceed, we say so — early, plainly, and with the reasoning. Clients pay for judgement, not enthusiasm.
